-The Senior Integration/Implementation Engineer is responsible for both engineering efforts for the development projects on the sustainment program as well as coordinating the installation and test of these system improvements. O&M Technicians are responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of power generation facilities, performing a wide range of duties that include monitoring and operating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and generators; conducting water chemistry tests; identifying and responding to abnormal equipment conditions; and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. They are expected to read and interpret technical drawings, use SAP/PM systems for documentation and equipment tracking, and comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and the use of personal protective equipment. Technicians must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions, and must be available for on-call duties, overtime, weekends, holidays, and non-standard schedules. All roles require strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a demonstrated commitment to an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture, along with successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, physical exams, and job-specific assessments.Compensation:$35/hr.
