An employer is looking for a Runoff Technician to work onsite in Batavia, Ohio. The Runoff technician is the final step before manufactured plastics machines are shipped to customers. The Runoff Technician tests machines, equipment and their subassemblies following layouts, electrical circuits and other written and verbal specifications. The technician will be working on gas turbine and oil and gas generator packages in a manufacturing setting. They should have experience with wire sizes ranging from 18 AWG to 1/0 AWG, as well as with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, air-driven tools, and torque wrenches. The technician will work on equipment such as motor control centers, fire and gas systems, generator control systems, and vibration monitoring instrumentation.
