The Senior Manager for Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) serves as the strategic and operational leader overseeing the PMO. This role functions as the right hand for initiatives and manages a diverse technology project portfolio while overseeing three Project Managers. The Senior Manager leads enterprise technology projects?including ServiceNow Asset Management implementation, Workday module rollouts, wide area network redesign, data center build-out, and customer-facing technology deployments?while also supporting service delivery through reporting, SLA analysis, process improvement, and incident management.
