As an Administrative Assistant, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s IT operations. You’ll collaborate closely with IT professionals, executives, and other team members to maintain efficient workflows. Your responsibilities will include reception tasks, such as ensuring office materials are stocked and purchased promptly, expense reports, shipping and receiving, purchase orders, quotes etc. Other administrative duties involve managing and proofreading documentation and records, coordinating employee PTO and expenses. This person will also handle confidential information. Develops program and project requirements, develops highly complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions, including alternatives for the Production System.Validates analysis of technical data, influences product engineering design and makes robotics, automation or technical recommendations to support production system integration.Leads the creation and modification of equipment and tooling definition at the program level.Executes project plans, provides input to Make/Buy decisions and partners with Procurement to meet program schedule, cost and quality targets.Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
