Job Description:This role is responsible for supporting international flight operations by managing U.S. Customs and Canadian CANPASS clearances and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date. The position coordinates international handling and logistics, while closely monitoring daily flight activity to track departures and arrivals in real time. They communicate with U.S. Customs, international authorities, and internal teams (including Owner Services) to arrange clearances for both outbound and inbound flights. Responsibilities include recording flight times, updating systems, and ensuring timely communication to facilitate smooth processing of aircraft. The individual also documents any operational issues or deviations to support effective decision-making. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.Day to Day:?
