This large Utility Service Division is seeking to hire an IT Technical Support Analyst II — Utility Billing in its IT Section. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to perform duties associated with the maintenance and support activities required by our Utility Billing applications and related systems. You will also provide support to end-users to resolve system issues. We currently are working 5 days onsite in Fort Worth. Duties entail: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Utility Billing System applications and how they are used in our environment.
