One of our largest defense customers is looking for a trusted Lead IT Operations Lead to lead complex cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring stability and performance in a highly visible role. As the IT Operations lead, you?ll be the technical lead overseeing a complex, enterprise-scale IT environment managed by a global outsourced provider. You?ll drive performance, ensure service delivery, and serve as the key escalation point for critical issues across infrastructure, cloud, network, and security operations. In this role, you?ll coordinate across multiple stakeholders, balancing internal priorities with outsourced execution, and constantly push for operational excellence, issue resolution, and service optimization.
