The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations for their Wheels division in Barberton, Ohio, partnering closely with supervisors, employees, and plant leadership. This position requires senior level engineering work within the Department of Capital Projects with the primary function of managing design and construction for the Town?s capital improvement program.
