Job Summary? We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our Network and Software Deployment team. In this role, you will be the critical link between the design of our digital infrastructure and project leads and deployment teams. You will be responsible for supporting the design and initial configuration of the computing systems, servers, and network equipment that drive our industrial control environments. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation on hardware and network administration and a deep understanding of how to safely and securely deploy technology in environments where process uptime and physical safety are the highest priorities.Day to Day Responsibilities? Report into Network Design Manager? Support the project team on design and integration of the project specific requirements with existing functionalities: cybersecurity, network, architecture and associated devices. ? Monitor network performance and availability using appropriate tools and methodologies. ? Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, hardware failures, and configuration problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime. ? Perform scheduled maintenance, firmware updates, and upgrades to network infrastructure. ? Ensure all updates are tested and documented to maintain operational stability and compliance with standards. ?
