The team is replacing legacy ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) gateways across ambulatory locations. The goal is to swap devices, validate phone and fax functionality, and ensure sites remain operational with minimal downtime.Unlike the Voice Engineer role, this is a hands-on field support position focused on device replacement rather than engineering or migration design.
