Jr Network Specialist (Carmel)

A client is looking for a Jr. Network Specialist to support a school district in Putnam County, NY. This person will be spending 100% of their day doing deskside support during the months of September — May and completing various technical projects within the months of June — August. They will be supporting about 300-500 staff members, working directly with executives, teachers, and students in order to resolve tickets and incidents. These tickets will include a large variety of things, including Active Directory support and password resets, network connectivity issues, smartboard support, hardware troubleshooting, imaging labs, deploying Chromebooks, completing migrations, projector & printer break fixes, email support, etc. This individual needs to have strong customer service skills and fundamental network experience in order to communicate issues and solutions with the staff they are supporting. They will work directly with high level engineers to grow their skills and assist with Level 2 and Level 3 technology support when able. An employer is looking for a Network Specialist to sit onsite within a school district in Putnam County, NY. This person will be spending 100% of their day handling L2 IT support. They will be supporting staff members and students throughout the district, working directly with executives, teachers, and staff in order to resolve tickets within ServiceNow. This could include maintenance or troubleshooting of routers, switches, or servers, supporting web filters, creating images, managing group policies, resolving network connectivity issues etc. as well as providing day to day software and application support, troubleshooting and break fixing desktop PCs, printers, smartboards, and phones. They will be completing, on average, about 8-14 tickets a day. This person will also be responsible for helping the Jr. Network Specialists on site in terms of direction and technical guidance. They should have a strong understanding and ability to support networks and troubleshoot issues, with prior experience in a networking focused role. During the summer months, they will be doing project work such as new technology roll outs, migrations, upgrades, etc. This individual needs to have strong communication and sharp customer service skills in order to communicate issues and solutions with the staff they are supporting. The Project Engineer serves as a central hub for technical coordination, document control, and contract-driven workflows, supporting the Project Manager and Construction Manager in delivering compliant, on-schedule, and high-quality facilities, while integrating our client’s advanced construction and 3D-printing technologies into traditional MILCON delivery frameworks.Key Responsibilities? Serve as the primary liaison between design consultants, government reviewers, and field operations, ensuring alignment with contract documents, UFC requirements, and design intent.? Manage the timely flow of RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications, including preparation, internal review, government submission, response tracking, and field distribution.? Maintain detailed submittal logs, RFI logs, and drawing registers consistent with USACE/NAVFAC expectations.? Track design development and revisions, ensuring approved IFC documents are issued, logged, and distributed in accordance with contract requirements.? Participate in constructability reviews and design coordination meetings during both design and construction phases.? Manage all submittals comply in accordance with government classification requirements (G, S, informational), procedures, and systems (i.e. RMS)? Support the Project Quality Control Manager (QCM) by coordinating documentation required under the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.? Assist with preparation and tracking of Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up Phase documentation.? Support inspection readiness, deficiency tracking, and resolution documentation.? Help ensure field work conforms to approved submittals, drawings, and specifications.? Assist with schedule updates by tracking design deliverables, submittal review durations, and government response timelines.? Coordinate technical inputs required for change proposals, modifications, and equitable adjustments.? Support procurement and buyout processes through scope review, technical clarifications, and document tracking.? Maintain logs for materials, long-lead items, and government-furnished information (GFI/GFP).? Support field teams with drawing interpretation, dimension verification, and technical issue resolution.? Participate in site walks, coordination meetings, and quality inspections as required.? Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer to support one of our global manufacturing and technology clients to implement an AI use case. This project is broken up into two phases. Phase one will be to generate PDF?s for certain data sets, test records, chapter records, and other documents from our customers application and move to SharePoint. They will also be working on a model that can scan through these documents and provide help information based on key words. Phase two will be analyzing videos, images, and considering data from database for open working records. Day to day tasks include the following:Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement AI-assisted solutions for troubleshooting Commercial Test failures.- Enable intelligent search and support capabilities using keywords and contextual analysis.- Design and build systems to generate PDFs for closed NCMR, Rapid Resolutions, Test Records,Chapter Records, and other documents from Reliance systems.
