Corporate Interiors to serve as a trusted owner?s representative supporting complex, high-value corporate interior projects in a highly regulated, process-driven environment. This individual will lead projects end-to-end, from initial programming and test fits through Day-1 occupancy, balancing heavy administrative rigor with hands-on execution.This role requires active leadership of the entire interiors lifecycle, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, phased construction, commissioning, and move-in. The Senior PM will define and protect the original program and business requirements throughout the project, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment in politically complex, stakeholder-heavy settings.A critical component of this role is design phase leadership. The PM will actively manage external architects and internal design partners, control scope creep, prevent repetitive redesign, and keep projects moving forward efficiently. This is not a passive oversight role ? strong design management and decision-making are essential.The individual will develop, own, and manage detailed project budgets ranging from $5M to $50M+, using benchmarking, market pricing, and clearly defined assumptions.
