A behavioral health client of ours in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to support the management, protection, and maintenance of sensitive behavioral health patient records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with HIPAA, and applicable county/state regulations while supporting clinical, administrative, and compliance teams.The Medical Records Clerk will work onsite, four days per week (32 hours, 8 hours a day Mon-Thurs), during standard business hours under a 5-month contract. Additional responsibilities include interpreting tool design and installation requirements, benchmarking cost-efficient operational practices, developing utility matrices, cost metrics, and master space plans, preparing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, and generating purchase requests, ROI analyses, executive summaries, and proposals.
