An insurance broker is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of a large-scale ServiceNow environment. In this role, the ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform, ensuring it remains stable, secure, and aligned with business needs. They will manage user enrollment, access requests, roles, groups, and permissions across a complex environment supporting more than 15,000 users.
