Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Accounting Manager to own and lead core accounting operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This person day to day will be responsible for handling a variety of technical support tickets primarily related to network and firewall issues. These include diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems, addressing Wi-Fi outages, and managing incidents involving site-wide downtime. The role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols to ensure timely and effective resolution of service disruptions. This candidate will support anywhere from one to eight tickets per day, with resolution time depending on the severity of the issue. He or She will be working onsite Monday-Thursday and work from home on Fridays – half day.
