Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a mission-critical communications environment for a federal customer onsite in Orlando, FL. This individual will join a technical operations team responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting our federal client’s communications platform, which enables secure interoperability and communications across federal agencies and public safety organizations.This role is ideal for candidates with strong systems administration, networking, infrastructure, or technical operations experience who enjoy working in highly available, 24/7 operational environments. The selected candidate will support day-to-day platform administration, user management, system maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and operational support activities.Responsibilities:? Perform daily administration and operational support of the Motorola WAVE platform.? Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, licenses, and system settings.? They will be in charge of scheduling and developing construction plans for the project work.
