Insight Global seeking an AVP-level technical accounting professional with deep insurance domain expertise and strong command of STAT and U.S. GAAP accounting for complex investment transactions, including derivatives and hedging. Our client is a large and prestigous Private Equity firm that recently required a large insurnce firm. This role will support technical accounting conclusions, policy development, and transaction execution across a broad set of insurance and investment activities. The position will serve as a key partner to Finance, Investments, and Deal Teams and will interface with external auditors and advisors. The Accounting Policy & Strategy team supports three pillars of our client’s organization: Corporate, Investment and Insurance. This role will begin with a focus on the Insurance pillar but have the opportunity to support work across all three pillars. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for serving as the critical bridge between HR business operations and HR technology, ensuring HRIS processes are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. The day-to-day will include:? Owning end-to-end functional process design? Driving technical execution across HR, Payroll, Time, and Absence modules? Overseeing data integrity and system governance, and leading both functional and technical workstreams during the UKG-to-Workday implementation.? Support the HR team (currently under remapping with a new enrollment vendor) by managing daily HRIS and operational tasks. ? Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant that will serve as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and board support. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting top executives, excels at complex calendar management, and thrives in a culture built on trust, collaboration, and proactive communication. Our client is a performance improvement platform for independent healthcare systems. This is a fully onsite role and a 6-month contract to hire. Key Responsibilities-Executive SupportoManage complex, high-volume calendars for the President and CEO, including prioritization, rescheduling, and proactive conflict resolution.oInterface directly with Board members, Board Executive Assistants, senior leaders, and external partners with professionalism and discretion.oPrepare, proof, and manage confidential documents and correspondence.oServe as a trusted partner to the CEO and President, anticipating needs and providing strategic administrative guidance.-Board & Governance SupportoCoordinate all Board of Directors logistics: meeting planning, scheduling, agendas, pre-read distribution, and secure document handling.oDraft and maintain accurate Board minutes in line with governance standards.oPlan the annual Board retreat, including venue coordination, agenda development, and end-to-end logistics.oApply Robert?s Rules of Order where appropriate.-Technology & ToolsoUtilize AI tools (required) for tasks such as drafting, summarizing, scheduling efficiency, and workflow enhancement.oExperience with Otter or similar transcription/confidential note tools (preferred).oAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and related productivity platforms.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A client of Insight Global is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support Virginia State University?s campus-wide networking environment in Petersburg, VA. This engineer will work in a mixed Juniper (85%) / Cisco infrastructure and will be heavily involved in hands-on troubleshooting, cabling, switching, routing, and wireless support. The target pay rate for this position is between $30-$39/hr depending on experience.This role requires someone who is motivated to learn, comfortable working across campus buildings, and ready to support end-to-end network operations including cabling, device testing, WiFi support, and platform troubleshooting. This is a highly collaborative, physical-presence environment where engineers gain deep institutional knowledge and support a wide range of tasks.Job Responsibilities:? Troubleshoot issues across Layer 1?7? Perform cabling, testing, and device support across campus? Support Juniper and Cisco hardware during ongoing migration? Upgrade and troubleshoot Meraki access points? Handle daily operations, ticket resolution, and walk-up requests? Navigate campus buildings to provide onsite support and build institutional knowledge? This individual will play a critical role in delivering successful construction projects by overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance from project setup through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing job setup activities including project costing, labor hours, scheduling, and crew coordination, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and regulations.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role, with a proven track record of managing $15?$20M+ in project value. This position is not suited for superintendents focused solely on labor oversight; the client is seeking a true project manager who can effectively manage both operations and project finances.
