The HRIS Analyst performs tasks related to assuring the quality and consistency of Workday data. This role is responsible for troubleshooting errors, business process configurtaion, issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity in the Workday recruiting module.Primary Responsibilities:? Provide day-to-day support for Workday recruiting and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.? Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.? Responsibilities include validating the template, handling data errors, preparing audit reports, and alerting TA of discrepancies.? Maintain compliance requirements. Collaborate with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs that drive business process improvements leveraging technology (Workday HCM) in partnership with IT & external vendors.? Provide complete and current process documentation for all applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processes.?
