Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Analyst for our not-for-profit client in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will join a team responsible for developing business requirements, enhancing processes and systems, and supporting implementation of new business solutions for the company’s internal benefits, enrollment and claims platforms. In this role you’ll join a growing team, and contribute to design and development of scalable web applications. The main application is a proprietary app called Leotrade, which this client?s financial advisors use to complete trades for their clients. This team is also working on converting this application and others from .Net Framework to .Net Core, therefore any prior experience doing a .Net Framework to .Net Core migration will help you be successful on this team. You will work cross functionally across the full technology stack, and work to modernize their application architecture through implementing CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing their user experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. This team goes on site to their downtown Minneapolis location 4 days / week and works from home on Fridays, therefore you must be able to commute to their downtown location to be successful on this team.Responsibilities:?
