Insight Global is looking for an Automation Materials Industrial Engineer. This highly skilled Industrial Engineer should have expertise in Material Simulation. This role will play a critical part in advancing manufacturing efficiency, validating material flow strategies, and developing best practices to be scaled across the enterprise. This candidate will bring a strong background in simulation tools, data analysis, and industrial engineering principles to support innovation and operational excellence.?Lead material flow simulations to evaluate line-side delivery, warehouse logistics, and automated material handling solutions.?Develop and validate discrete-event simulation models to optimize labor, equipment, and space utilization.?Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure scalability and sustainability of material flow strategies.?Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and ergonomic assessments to identify improvement opportunities.?Create and maintain standard processes, metrics, and best practices for deployment across multiple facilities.?Provide technical guidance on the integration of automation (AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, robotics) into plant operations.?Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 practices.Compensation: $45/hr to $53/hr.
