The Email/SMS Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of short- and long-term email and SMS marketing campaigns. Under the direction of the Sr. Email Marketing Manager, and directly reporting to the SMS & Email Marketing Manager, this role plays an important part of the team to execute email and SMS campaigns. This position sits within the Marketing department and may interact with analytics, creative, promotions, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, as well as 3rd party vendors.Day to Day Responsibilities: ?Assist with the day-to-day management of production of email and SMS campaigns from start to end including creative trafficking, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis? Insight Global is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support high-volume, entertainment heavy creative work tied to a major brand evolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in creative project management, working with teams such as designers, writers, and marketers. The team is a fast-moving environment and responsibilities include owning timelines, workflows, budgets, and delivery across dozens of concurrent projects while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines during a rebrand. The ideal candidate understands creative and video production deeply but is not a designer or editor. They are an expert at driving work forward efficiently and at scale. Overall they are ensuring all creative output follows brand guidance and standards while managing project intake, tracking, resourcing, and reporting. This is a hands-on, operational role that sits at the intersection of marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Marketing Content and Events Manager, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and is attentive to details and deadlines.
