90-100/hr. pay rate rangeJOB DESCRIPTIONGreif is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to establish and lead a growing portfolio of emerging initiatives within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role operates as a senior, independent portfolio leader and serves as a key partner to IT leadership in shaping, governing, and accelerating initiatives from idea through scale. Although this role will not have any direct reports, it carries influence through cross-functional leadership, executive partnership, and portfolio decision-making. This is a foundational role responsible for not only managing the portfolio, but also for designing and implementing the processes, templates, governance mechanisms, and ways of working required to operate it effectively. As demand increases across the organization, this role ensures that ideas are surfaced, evaluated, prioritized, executed, and transitioned to enterprise delivery with discipline and transparency without slowing innovation. This is not a coordination or administrative role; it requires proactive ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate confidently with senior leaders. A client in the Columbus, OH area is looking for a Human Resources Site Manager to join their team. This person will be the main HR point-of-contact for this site location and will oversee 70-80 office employees that will include warehouse personnel, managers, and district managers. Responsibilities will include acting as an advisor to station leadership in all HR functions; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; and communicating the HR initiatives from corporate and ensuring that the initiatives are being utilized throughout the station. On a daily basis, he/she should expect to provide oversight and guidance pertaining to various aspects of human resources like, performance improvement, harassment, discrimination legal/employment issues, etc. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have experience in the recruiting process, that will include facilitating interviews, background checks, and ensuring the onboarding process is executed in a timely manner. Insight Global is seeking an Operations Manager for one of their premier clients in the Lockbourne, OH area. This Operations manager will be helping standing up a new 1 million square foot warehouse for one of the customers largest clients. This ideal person will have previous experience supporting 3 PL clients. He/she will need to have experience with P&L and also keeping track of inventory. This role will require to meet with Director of Operations day to provide warehouse updates but also require the employee to work on the floor.
