A large Insight Global customer in the Construction industry for cutting edge data center and semiconductor projects, is seeking a Mechanical/Process QA/QC Field Engineer with experience in Mechanical systems for large scale industrial or data center construction projects. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of the construction project. Reporting to the High-Tech Program Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, quality control efforts on site, including document review during preconstruction and construction. The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role, including daily inspection of the project, through construction, commissioning, and punch list phases ? working to bring all issues to closure. This position will collaborate with design professionals, clients, trade contractors and craftspeople to address complex coordination issues; you are on the front line in identifying, preventing, and solving technical problems across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The right individual will have a project engineer mentality, creative problem solving ability, and partners well with everyone in the field. This role will be 75% in the field walking the site, so need to be comfortable doing so, and will be fully at the project site in Boise, Idaho. The position can offer $40-60/hour depending on experience and will include $1,218 weekly per diem if you live outside of 50 miles or have a permanent residence elsewhere. Must be comfortable working 50 hour weeks as needed, and will get 10 hours of paid Overtime (at 1.5x) weekly. An Insight Global customer in the construction industry is seeking to hire a Superintendent to oversee the MEP Electrical Systems scope for a mega project in Boise, ID. This project carries a multi-billion-dollar budget, supports a high-tech manufacturing client, and is expected to continue through 2028.In this role, you will coordinate and supervise daily construction activities alongside other superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners. You will be responsible for maintaining schedule adherence, cost control, quality standards, and overall project execution while ensuring a safe working environment across the job site. The primary scope of work will focus on electrical infrastructure and MEP electrical systems, including power distribution, medium and low-voltage systems, switchgear, substations, generators, grounding, lighting, controls, fire alarm systems, and other related electrical installations that support high-tech industrial operations.The initial contract is expected to last 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension. Compensation is up to $75/hr, along with a generous per diem package for qualified candidates. Exact compensation may vary based on experience and education. Candidates should expect to work 50-60 hours per week, with additional hours required as project demands dictate.
