Insight Global is seeking an Inpatient rehab facility (IRF) Patient Account Rep to work in the Revenue Cycle department for a large regional rehab client. As a IRF Patient Account Rep you will work remotely to minimize our client?s backlog of outstanding invoices with insurance companies to be paid. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient resolution of billing discrepancies and denials/rejection by promptly analyzing and understand Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or Remittance Advice (ERA) received from insurance carrier and taking appropriate action according to company guidelines and client-specific processes. You will also be following up with insurance companies via phone calls or payer portals on denials and payments, identifying trends, and researching payer policies to provide insights to the management team. Insight Global is partnering with a Bank who is searching for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join their organization, sitting hybrid onsite in Miramar, FL or Columbus, OH Monday-Wednesday (Hybrid). This individual will be helping spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow into our clients environment to help guide the strategy and direction of the implementation, as well as hands-on development and customizations. We’re targeting an hourly rate of $60-70/HR with a conversion salary max $145K. Design, develop, deploy, and support custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support business solutions.Create and refine prototypes for user testing and feedback analysis.Review and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects or issues.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.Ensure compliance with company policies, technical and security standards, and recommend ServiceNow platform governance.Mentor other developers, assist in code reviews, and oversee deployments.Contribute to the evolution of standards and best practices.Ensure uptime and stability of the ServiceNow platform.Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank?s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.Other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
