Job Description
The JR Business Intelligence Analyst helps turn data into clear, actionable insights for management and executive leadership. In this role, you’ll build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pull data from a mix of on‑premise and cloud-based systems, and organize complex data into formats that are easy to analyze. Your work will be shared through visual dashboards and reports—primarily in Tableau and Power BI—to support better decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong data visualization skills with Tableau (required)
Experience with Microsoft Power BI is preferred
Solid working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and run complex queries
At least 1 -3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data management processes
AA or Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with strong business acumen
Ability to think both creatively and analytically to solve problems
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
