Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. This individual will be responsible for assembling highly precise mechanical and electrical systems, specifically automated contact crimping machines. This role requires strong hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical components, as well as the ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams.This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, small-team environment where individuals wear multiple hats and contribute directly to product development and improvement.Key Responsibilities:Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, including mechanical structures, wiring, and pneumatic componentsStrip, crimp, and wire electrical components accuratelyInstall air hoses and support pneumatic system integrationUtilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment (e.g., voltmeters)Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to complete buildsTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical or assembly issuesCollaborate with mechanical/electrical engineers to implement updates and provide design feedbackPartner with toolmakers to test new components and improve product performanceUse measuring and calibration tools to ensure precision and qualityPackage machines for shipment and support general production tasksCommunicate progress, timelines, and any issues effectively within the teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Stormwater Resource Engineer (3 years min applicable experience) Seeking a mid-level Stormwater Resource Engineer. Tasks will include performing all duties relative to stormwater resource including hydrology/hydraulics, stormwater treatment/hydromodification, and construction phase BMP preparation. You will join a team of professional engineers who provide support for project managers on various projects. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: *Prepare Drainage Studies including but not limited to hydrologic calculations, hydraulics, inlet sizing, street capacity calculations, detention basin routing, and open channel calculations (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS). *Prepare Technical Storm Water Reports such as SWQMPs and HMP reports complying with local San Diego co-permitee requirements. *Coordinate report preparation for a variety of projects with the project managers, with a focus on drainage design, storm water management, water quality modeling, hydromodification modeling, low impact development (LID) design, and Green Streets applications as necessary for regulatory compliance. *Coordinate internally with project managers as well externally with proprietary vendors for stormwater facility implementation. *Prepare SWPPP and Erosion Control Plans including processing NOIs and WDID compliance and assists clients with the SMARTS processing and NOT processing at project completion.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
