The Business Analyst / Project Manager will play a key role within Alliant?s application and project delivery environment, owning initiatives end-to-end across a variety of enterprise corporate applications. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting both business and functional requirements from stakeholders, translating those into clear deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, and system requirements, and then carrying those projects through full lifecycle execution?including vendor selection, implementation, and final handoff into support. This role requires someone who can independently engage with business teams to elicit requirements, navigate ambiguity, and connect the dots across multiple stakeholders to define the full scope of a project. On a day-to-day basis, this person will work across initiatives such as standing up new enterprise applications, enhancing existing systems, managing new feature rollouts, and handling renewals and licensing. They will be responsible for coordinating vendor evaluations by organizing demos, working through selection processes and vendor compliance. Once a solution is identified, this individual will transition into a project-focused role, partnering with third-party implementers (e.g., ServiceNow, or other external partners) to drive execution. This role is highly cross-functional and requires close coordination with internal teams such as IT and business stakeholders, as well as external vendors and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating independently, proactively identifying gaps or missing context and raising them as needed, while also maintaining ownership and accountability through project completion. A client of Insight Global in the Event Management industry is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and ownership of the full-scale management of small to large-scale events, including user conferences, sales kickoffs, roadshows, incentives, and other corporate events. This position is well-versed in event management, including client management, venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, and contract negotiation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assume total responsibility and ownership in leading the planning and execution of all assigned events.Coordinate event management across all Departments, including Registration, Platform, Sponsorship, IS, Air, and Finance.Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments and cost savings report.Oversee overall program agenda, ensuring communication across all internal and external teams.Oversee and manage event project plan/timeline.Lead and participate in client and internal meetings, including regular status meetings, pre-program walkthroughs, onsite meetings, and post-program debriefs.Drive client and internal team deliverables to meet timeline milestones.Manage all aspects of venue coordination, including meeting space allocation, meeting room set-up, diagrams, food & beverage, electrical, internet.Manage DMC and outside vendors, including Audio Visual, Production, Entertainment, IT/Internet, Photographer, Printer, Security, Shipping, Translation, Transportation.Coordinate content, graphic development and production of all program collateral (i.e. agenda, conference guide, program of events, etc.) and signage.Develop budgets, coordinate itineraries, and lead site inspections.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
