Insight Global is looking for a Audio Visual Specialist for a healthcare client in the Orange, CA area. Their responsibilities are to be providing AV support for meetings, conferences, and special events across the organization. This will consist of supporting future events/meeting request for conference rooms, helping with incident tickets for room systems, coordinating with vendors to make sure net new installs are scheduled, and helping refresh older meeting rooms. They will be supporting the AV technologies within the rooms such as: web cams, monitors, microphones, TVs, gaming systems. The shift time will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of clinical research studies conducted under the Clinical Research Center. This role is patient-facing and requires hands-on experience coordinating clinical trials, including participant screening, eligibility determination, study visits, and safety reporting.The CRC will manage 5?10 active studies simultaneously and work closely with Principal Investigators, clinical staff, and research team members to ensure studies are conducted in compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and institutional and regulatory requirements. Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Fixed Assets and PP&E experience to provide backfill and project support during the organization?s transition from Lawson to Workday. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while also assisting with data integration, cleanup, and conversion related to capital projects and fixed assets.This individual will act as an owner?s representative on construction-related accounting activities (not a general contractor), partnering cross-functionally with teams such as IT and Finance to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and migration of asset data. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, hands-on, and comfortable moving between operational backfill and project-based work.Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)? Provide backfill support for existing finance resources during the ERP transition? Support accounting for fixed assets, CIP (Construction in Progress), and capital projects? Assist with data scrubbing, data conversion, and integration related to PP&E? Represent the organization as the owner?s accounting representative on construction projects? Interface with internal departments (Finance, IT, project teams) to support ERP migration efforts?
