Insight Global is searching for a Senior Client Success Manager based in Tuscon for a premier mechanical construction & facility services company. The company serves its clients through the full life-cycle of a facility, to include engineering, construction, operations and maintenance. This individual will build and maintain relationships with these clients to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities. Day to Day:?Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, timely and effective issue resolution, and alignment on service delivery.?Partner with internal operations and service teams to address performance issues impacting overall client satisfaction.?Support client onboarding, renewals, and satisfaction reviews.?Track and analyze key client metrics, including response times, work order completion, and customer satisfaction (NPS).?Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.?Partner with operations and business sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and support proposal and pricing development.?Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system, ensuring visibility of key account activities and touchpoints.?Coordinates with the Business Development Manager to ensure a smooth hand-off of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into contracted services.?Contribute to retention reporting, performance tracking, and internal account reviews.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Will have primary responsibility for small modification or revision projects.Will assist more experienced engineers in large projects standards creation or process and procedure creation.Will assist in the review and revision of material and design standards.Act as the project engineer for assigned projects. Overview: This role supports Steward Observatory?s mission to enable cutting-edge discoveries in astronomy and astrophysics by developing, designing, and manufacturing high-performance telescope mirrors for world-class ground- and space-based observatories.The engineer will serve as a technical leader within the Mirror Lab, owning grinding, polishing, and figuring processes and ensuring mirrors meet extremely tight optical and performance requirements for flagship telescope programs.Key Responsibilities: ? Define and execute grinding and polishing processes to achieve 10?20 nm RMS surface accuracy? Analyze advanced measurement data to guide fabrication and optimize processes? Conduct tests and experiments to improve fabrication methods and equipment? Evaluate mirror fidelity and performance for internal leadership and external customers? Write detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders?
