Implementation Ticketing Support

Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a Tier 2 Ticket Support Specialist to manage and resolve technical issues submitted through ServiceNow. This role involves triaging and addressing tickets from internal users, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of system-related errors. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, experienced in ServiceNow ticketing, and capable of learning Oracle SAS systems to support ticket workflows. This position requires consistent availability, including during holiday periods, as there is no blackout period. Key Responsibilities:?You and your team will manage and resolve 200+ new tickets daily in ServiceNow?Perform ticket triage, prioritize issues, and provide Tier 2 level support?Troubleshoot and resolve system errors (e.g., deactivate items for reorder, execute cycle counts, review error messages)?Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system-related issues, gradually taking ownership of ticket resolution?Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fixes?Learn and utilize Oracle SAS system to support ticket resolution processesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We?re seeking a driven Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the success of our Mpower project deployments. This position goes beyond routine implementation?you?ll be directly shaping the readiness, training, and adoption experience for end-users across our organization. From ensuring asset and inventory accuracy, leading engaging virtual instructor led training, to supporting users through the critical go-live and hypercare activities, you will be at the center of smooth and successful deployments.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution, end-user training, and real-time problem-solving. RMA Technician

Phoenix, AZ

An employer is looking for a RMA technicians to joining their RMA (Returned Materials) Team in North Scottsdale. These individuals will be overseeing the logging and testing of returned product to the distribution center. During this testing they will be involved in discovering the problem, solving the problem that caused malfunctions and then also test the product and recover video. They will be processing the product through a return log and then update the log when it is fixed. Responsible for determining device failure source and put together refurbished products.
