Role SummaryThis role is focused on reviewing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make them clear, usable, and compliant. You?ll take a set of ~35 SOPs and break them down step-by-step from a front-line perspective, ensuring anyone unfamiliar with the process can follow them without confusion. The goal is to identify gaps, improve clarity, and align documentation with payer and compliance standards (especially NCQA/CMS).This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where simplicity, accuracy, and strong process thinking are critical.What You?ll DoReview and audit ~35 existing SOPs for clarity, usability, and completenessTranslate SOPs into clear, step-by-step instructions that a new user can followIdentify process gaps, missing steps, and areas that would cause confusionEnsure SOPs align with payer operations and compliance standardsHighlight limitations (ex: where source-of-truth data cannot be modified)Work through SOPs in a structured weekly cadence (3?5 per week)Partner with SMEs to validate gaps and gather missing detailsSupport final edits and consistency before documentation is publishedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes according to the National Electrical Code (NEC), Federal regulations, and OSHA safety standards. May build or install transformers, service panel boxes, or electrical control systems. The Electrician will possess previous work experience (college degree or trade school), certifications and licenses required by the State where work is to be performed. Being able to work in various working condition is a must. The Electrician may spend their time working inside buildings under construction or renovation or outdoors on power, tower, broadcast, and telecommunications systems.? Insight Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join one of our largest financial services clients supporting their Equities Cash Execution Technology platform. This individual will provide front-office technical and operational support for electronic trading applications, troubleshoot production issues, and partner closely with Sales, Trading, and technology teams to ensure platform stability and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting front-office trading environments, strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills, Python scripting experience, and a solid understanding of Equities or Equities Cash trading workflows. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced production support environment, driving incident resolution, performing root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system reliability. Day to DayProvide production support for Equities Cash electronic trading platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.Act as the first point of contact for order flow, trade processing, connectivity, and application issues impacting traders, sales teams, and clients.Monitor production environments, investigate alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and drive issues through resolution.Perform root cause analysis and partner with development teams on long-term fixes and platform improvements.Write SQL queries and run Python scripts (off playbook or your own) to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and support operational reporting.Work closely with Front Office users, Sales, Trading, and technology teams to support daily trading activity and prioritize enhancements.Track incidents, changes, and problems through ServiceNow/Jira while adhering to ITIL processes.Produce reports and metrics around system health, platform stability, client activity, and incident trends.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
