Insight Global is seeking an Agile Team Lead / Scrum Master to support two established AMTB teams (legacy and digital) within a leading Canadian insurance organization. This role will focus heavily on platform related regulatory enhancements, ensuring delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. The selected candidate will lead all agile ceremonies, partner closely with product owners to ensure backlogs are properly groomed and prioritised, and guide sprint and release planning across both teams. The individual will be responsible for coordinating work across stakeholders, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring teams remain aligned and productive in a mature agile environment. The role involves managing cross-functional dependencies tied to insurance-related regulatory changes and supporting light reporting responsibilities, including quarterly updates on delivery progress, budget, and ROI. This is a hands-on delivery-focused role, requiring strong communication and the ability to keep work moving efficiently across parallel initiatives. Position OverviewThe client is seeking a Maintenance Foreman with a strong Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) background to support a simple-cycle gas power plant. This individual will serve as the site lead for maintenance operations, bridging operators, vendors, and OEM support to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean operating environment, requiring both technical troubleshooting expertise and coordination of maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead weekly maintenance planning, including task prioritization, manpower allocation, and schedulingServe as the first point of contact for operators on maintenance-related issues and escalate as neededTroubleshoot equipment, controls, and performance issues, with a focus on E&I systemsAct as a liaison with OEMs (e.g., GE) to support remote diagnostics and issue resolutionCoordinate with internal teams and vendors to scope, schedule, and execute maintenance workDetermine when work can be handled in-house vs. outsourced and align with vendor managementEnsure maintenance logs, documentation, and site communication are up to dateOversee contractor activity to ensure timely execution and alignment with job scopeRequired Qualifications~10+ years of experience in:Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (E&I), or related fieldProven ability to:Troubleshoot control systems, sensors, and unit performance issuesCommunicate technical issues effectively to internal teams and external vendorsAbility to operate in a lean, fast-paced plant environmentStrong coordination and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior leadership or foreman-level experienceCanadian certifications such as:E&I (Red Seal) or Electrical certificationExperience working in:Power generation, oil & gas, or industrial facilitiesProgramming / controls experience:Ability to navigate systems (e.g., GE toolbox)Understanding of ladder logicWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
