A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Training & Enablement Consultant to join their team. This role is a hands-on sales enablement consultant brought in to help our client evolve how... their sales organization operates as the company shifts from acquisition-led growth to more intentional, organic growth. The person will take existing sales materials, leadership direction, and consultant-led strategy and turn it into practical, tech-enabled training programs for sellers and sales managers. The focus is on building and rolling out sales performance standards, management expectations, and coaching frameworks?moving fast, bringing structure to a complex environment, and helping leaders and sellers adopt a more consistent way of selling.
