Job Description
A large healthcare retail enterprise is looking for a TOSCA QA Lead to join their team to assist with SAP efforts. In this role, you will lead and oversee the initiatives with TOSCA in SAP for P2P environments. This QA Lead will be directly involved with interface, functional, and end‑to‑end testing initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies, preparing detailed test scenarios and test cases, coordinating closely with front‑end and downstream teams, validating complex system integrations, and supporting full E2E testing across pharmacy, warehouse, and financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of QA/testing experience, with prior experience as a QA Lead.
-Extremely proficient in TOSCA, and TOSCA within SAP.
-Strong hands‑on experience in interface testing and functional testing.
-Proven experience in EDI testing:
o 850 (Purchase Order)
o 855 (PO Acknowledgment)
o 856 (Advance Ship Notice)
o 997 (Functional Acknowledgment)
o 810 (Invoice)
-Solid experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) testing.
-Experience validating BW reporting and downstream analytics.
-Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business flows in pharmacy and supply‑chain environments.
-Proficiency in test documentation, defect management, and test traceability.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills for onsite, cross‑functional collaboration.
