Additionally, the engineer will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues from lower-tier support, addressing both cloud and local infrastructure problems. The network engineer will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation and continuously analyze and suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, scalability, and security. Applying Change Management processes is also part of the role, where tools like ServiceNow are leveraged for incident tracking, problem ticket assignment, and release management. Diagnosing, classifying, and resolving network incidents, as well as supporting root-cause analysis for persistent issues, are critical tasks.
