Support cost classification, coding, and alignment of expenses to the appropriate cost centers, internal orders, WBS elements, and accounting categories.? Assist in close activities, including accruals, prepaids, reclassifications, and reconciliations.? Manage and track recurring IT vendor invoices, including validation, follow-up, and coordination with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.? Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entry sheets, goods receipts, delivery orders, and related procurement transactions.? Coordinate sourcing and purchasing activities to help ensure timely service continuity.? Serve as a focal point for IT contract renewals and purchasing follow-up across vendors and business stakeholders.? Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, Procurement, and business owners to help ensure agreements are compliant, approved, and executed on time.? Track contract status, renewals, sourcing requests, and pending actions to support uninterrupted service and operational compliance.? Reconcile financial data across SAP and other planning or reporting tools to support data accuracy and integrity.? Prepare periodic reports on actuals, forecasts, commitments, invoice activity, cost trends, and process performance.? Develop and execute controls and data quality checks to improve the reliability of financial and operational information.?
