Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Coordination & Team CollaborationCollaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, disciplineengineers, and project teams to improve project execution methods.Work independently and within interdisciplinary teams in a professional andtimely manner.Support engineering, project management, and deployment groups to identify and resolve issues. Client & Stakeholder ManagementInteract with clients to interpret needs and requirements.Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.Respond to client complaints, concerns, and requests throughout project execution. Engineering Coordination & Technical OversightEnsure engineering documents and deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.Determine project specifications by studying system designs, customer requirements, and performance standards.Review engineering tasks and initiate corrective actions when necessary.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and practices.Ensure health, safety, contractual, and legal requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor compliance with project specifications, standards, and policies.Resolve project issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.Procurement, Vendor Management & Cost CoordinationWork with vendors and purchasing teams to establish equipment specifications.Prepare material take-offs and requisitions.Expedite deliveries and vendor orders.Coordinate manufacturing efforts, project schedules, and cost controls.Review contractor bids and support contractor coordination.
