Job Description

The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, tax provision calculations, audits, research, planning initiatives, and financial reporting related to income taxes. This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and outside advisors to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.
Typical Responsibilities
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations under ASC 740
• Assist with tax accounting and related disclosures for financial statements.
• Research tax law changes and evaluate business impacts.
• Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare tax reconciliations, workpapers, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze multi-state filing requirements and indirect tax implications.
• Partner with business leaders on tax planning initiatives and transactions.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years Experience w Corporate Income Tax Compliance
Experience with Tax Preparation, Tax Filings, Corporate Income Tax, Federal and state compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters Degree
Public Accounting
CPA
Experience with Workday
Hospitality industry experience
