The HR Program Manager will lead the functional end-to-end delivery of a global Workday HCM implementation, serving as the primary point of accountability for program execution, governance, and... adoption. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business objectives into scalable Workday solutions while maintaining momentum, stakeholder alignment, and delivery integrity.
