The Disaster Recovery Fusion Engineer will lead the end-to-end development of the organization?s Disaster Recovery (DR) program, bringing both deep DR expertise and strong project management... capabilities. This role will spearhead the creation of a formal Infrastructure Recovery Plan and comprehensive application-level DR plans, starting with approximately 20?30 critical applications and scaling to all applications and platforms over time. The engineer will design and execute a structured project plan to stand up DR capabilities from the ground up, facilitate cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure and application owners, and ensure all DR documentation is captured, maintained, and standardized within the Fusion platform. Responsibilities include establishing DR best practices, defining recovery strategies, supporting data collection and plan population in Fusion, and leading tabletop exercises to validate readiness and raise organizational awareness.
