Insight Global is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant. This individual will be working directly for the Chief Executive Officer of a Fortune 500 company and will provide strategic, confidential... support to the CEO, act as a liaison to the Broad of Directors and senior management teams. In this role you will manage a complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability & proactively resolving conflicts, partner with and/or oversee coordination of Board of Directors logistics and requests, keep the CEO and executive staff informed on upcoming events, commitments and responsibilities & appropriate and timely follow up and provide informal leadership and collaborative guidance to the Executive Assistants supporting Executive Committee members, establishing and evolving admin standards, processes and practices that strengthen efficiency, alignment and overall team performance.
