Own all fabrication process standards: cutting, drilling, coping, fit-up, tack welding, weld sequencing, distortion control, and post-weld treatment. ? Design and document fabrication work instructions to AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code requirements. ? Establish and maintain the welding procedure specification library; ensure all production welders are qualified per AWS D1.1. ? Own the fabrication quality plan: in-process inspection points, dimensional verification, and weld inspection criteria. Line Performance ?
