Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an L2 to L4 Planner/Scheduler to join our aerospace and defense client to support a large-scale aviation maintenance and aircraft sustainment programme. This position is responsible for managing highly detailed, resource-loaded project schedules within Microsoft Project while coordinating closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and program teams. This role will be located onsite 5 days/week in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It will be a 12-month contract-to-hire.

Required Skills & Experience
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project to maintain and update large-scale Integrated Master Schedules.
-Strong understanding of schedule logic, critical path analysis, forecasting, and planning methodologies.
-Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, MRO, aerospace, aviation, defence, industrial engineering, or production environments.
-Experience maintaining resource-loaded schedules.
-Ability to understand technical work instructions and operational workflows.
-Comfortable working directly with technical subject matter experts.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-A current DoD Secret clearance.
