The Project Manager will play a key role in advancing projects that include distribution substations, transmission substations, and transmission switching station work. Insight Global is looking for a full-time Senior Salesforce & AWS Developer to support a large healthcare end client. This role is a backfill for a recently promoted Lead and will be a key individual contributor within a highly technical, hands-on team.The environment consists of large, custom-built applications where Salesforce acts as the system of record and AWS is used as an integration layer to support data movement across various systems and applications. These platforms support critical operational workflows across the organization.This position will support multiple areas of the application landscape and contribute to a variety of ongoing initiatives. The role is heavily focused on hands-on development, supporting enhancements, integrations, and overall system performance within a highly customized environment. Developers operate in a ticket-based model and must be able to ramp quickly and contribute to complex systems from day one.The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce platform developer with experience building custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, along with experience supporting AWS-based integrations. Experience with Java is helpful, as Apex is conceptually similar and transferable. Healthcare experience is a plus, but technical depth and hands-on development experience are the primary priorities.Compensation: $130,000 ? $140,000 base salaryExact compensation may vary based on factors including location, skills, experience, and education.
