Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two marine electricians to support our client in Newport News, Virginia. These candidates must have at least three years of marine electrical experience supporting naval vessels. These candidates will test and troubleshoot motors, circuit breakers, panels, lights, and other electrical systems aboard the deck plate, galley, engine room, and other areas on the ship. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, and the salary ranges between $18-$35/hr based on their experience.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of marine electrical experience.
Knowledgeable on rewiring, troubleshooting panels, circuit breakers, lights, and motors, while having experience using meggers and meters.
Ability to interpret blueprints and complete work according to NAVSEA standards.
OSHA 10

Former Electrician Mates in the Navy are great candidates.
