An employer is seeking a skilled on-site Senior .NET Developer with strong technical leadership skills to lead a team, drive proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and own the end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise applications for a high priority unemployment insurance project for the State of New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery focused, and comfortable working across architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. This role will start as a 6-month contract but could extend longer depending on budget availability and performance. There could be the potential to convert to a permanent employee down the line, however that?s based on performance and project scope and is not guaranteed at this time. This role is an on site position, and the ideal candidate will be able to commute to their location in Albuquerque, New Mexico 5 days per week.
