Day-to-DayAs a Senior Associate- Client Rep, you will own and manage the renewal lifecycle for assigned clients while ensuring accurate, timely updates in agency management systems. An Insight Global client is hiring an Operating Building Engineer for a 4.5-month contract to hire to ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and building systems across a multi building facility. This role focuses heavily on troubleshooting HVAC, chiller, and boiler systems, while also maintaining refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning, plumbing, pumps, valves, piping, controls, fire/life safety systems, and electrical infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution. Collaboration with team members to improve building operations and efficiency is expected, alongside occasional overtime work.
