The Pipeline Controller position is for a midstream service provider in The Woodlands, Texas. The position falls under the Engineering and Operations team and will work on 12-hour shifts. This individual is responsible for remotely monitoring the field volumes, rates, tank levels, and alarms through a SCADA system. While monitoring, the Pipeline Controller will provide guidance or corrective action to field personnel when needed. This is a unique opportunity to join a closed-door pharmacy, focused on building and scaling in-house medication production. They are currently in the development and testing phase of their formulary, working with new compounding equipment to create medications such as peptides, dissolvable sexual health tablets, and potentially GLP-1s. The only controlled substance currently produced is testosterone. While not yet distributing at scale, they are actively compounding, testing, and preparing for full production and shipment. The team consists of 1 PIC, 4 pharmacy technicians, and 1 admin, with plans to grow. The Quality Advisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the 1 million square foot warehouse. This role will partner closely with warehouse leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Quality Advisor will lead audits, implement process improvements, and support performance optimization initiatives within dynamic, high-volume distribution environments. They will audit damages and ensure proper documentation is made. He/She will be in charge of auditing all inbound and outbound shipments. Listed below are some of the responsibilities you will have.Conducts injury and vehicle incident reviews to determine root cause and necessary corrective action required to eliminate future incidents.Provides guidance and direction for division employees and contractors to encourage workplace safety.Observes safety practices and conditions in field locations and recommends corrections or additional precautions to help protect employees from potentially unsafe work methods and to ensure compliance.Assists in the development of and conducts safety training programs.
