We are seeking a Segment Controller to serve as the senior finance leader and business partner for a manufacturing site or business segment. This role is responsible for end-to-end financial oversight, including monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, and working capital management. The Segment Controller partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to analyze performance drivers, improve margin and cash flow, and support operational decision making.
