Under the direct supervision of the Facility Service Operations (FSO) Manager, this position will be responsible for the timely preparation of accurate costing and billing of service work for their designated Project Managers and technicians.Essential Duties & Responsibilities? Process service calls and small project invoicing to ensure accurate costing, proper markups and scope of work and adherence to contractual requirements.? Prepare billing; all jobs must be reviewed for completeness, including description of material used, accurate costs and sell prices, equipment serviced, and work performed. Full and accurate descriptions of work performed must be entered for each order prior to invoicing. Grammar and spelling must be verified and accurate.? Ensure that billing batches are reviewed by management prior to being posted and sent to the customer.? Interface with service sales personnel to ensure that billing is processed accurately and timely.? Support sales personnel with work order updates and other pertinent billing information.? Monitor of outstanding work orders: work orders that can be billed need to be identified by utilizing the IFS work order screen. Track old service orders to ensure timely billings upon completion of work.? Credits and rebills may need to be processed for various reasons including previous billing errors, scope of work covered under warranty or another contract.? Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Implementation Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading end to end delivery of Healthcare SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful execution from kickoff through go live and transition to support. This role emphasizes clear communication, strong project governance, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management to deliver consistent, high quality client outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders, owns all project communications and artifacts, manages timelines and resources, and ensures adherence to delivery standards and governance requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Project Ownership & Governance? Own project delivery from initiation through closure, including readiness, go live, and handoff to Support. ? Ensure adherence to established project management standards, processes, and governance. ? Maintain delivery accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes. ? Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and tools.Communication & Stakeholder Management? Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications. ? Lead client meetings, status calls, and working sessions. ? Provide regular internal and external status updates. ? Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and decisions.Project Planning & Artifacts? Create and maintain core project artifacts (charter, plan, scope, RACI). ? Ensure documentation is current, version controlled, and accessible. ? Maintain project records to support reporting and audit readiness.Task & Resource Management? Break down scope into actionable tasks with clear ownership. ? Track task progress, dependencies, and delivery risks. ? Plan resource needs and escalate capacity or resourcing gaps. ? Update timelines and forecasts as project needs evolve.Risk, Issue & Escalation Management? Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues. ? Develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans. ? Escalate risks or issues that threaten scope, timeline, or quality. ?
