Beyond break-fix work, they’ll also contribute to ongoing backend performance and feature improvements. This individual will be responsible for steering the development of new marketing capabilities within Dynamics CRM and implementing nurturing customer journeys that focus on delivering customer value.The Associate Product Owner serves as the voice of the business, the voice of the customer, and the liaison between Marketing and IT on all automation and patient insights?related development work. Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel patient nurturing journeys across email, SMS, and other channels, with accountability for engagement, conversion, and progression outcomes.? Lead the strategy, governance, and implementation of voice-of-customer initiatives, using customer insights to inform business decisions, marketing investments, and experience improvements.?
